Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Our ADHD sessions create a supportive environment that helps your child understand all about their ADHD and develop tools to help them achieve. When a child displays disruptive behavior, is fidgety, forgetful, and is hard to contain the first thing that comes to a parent or teacher’s mind is usually ADHD. I work with you to devise an academic plan that will respond to your children’s needs to help them be successful in school and beyond. I will also attend IEP meetings regularly at their school to discuss more ways of providing ideal support.

Parental and Family Therapy
Some parents need help dealing with the chaos and chronic stress of parenting or family challenges. Therefore, I provide honest support right from the safety of my office, where you will get one-on-one therapy, couple counseling, parent-child, family therapy, or whatever support you may need. Moreover, I am also be available for house visits, 7 days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm, particularly, in cases of intense situations.

I understand how hard it can be going through life dealing with fear. When you are overwhelmed by the external pressures of strategies, facing stress can be hard to do alone. I can help you create effective strategies to manage your stressors and face challenges head-on. In addition, I will work with your care team (if you have one) to arrange support when needed. By identifying your needs, I can develop strategic solutions to assist with responding to your long-term goals. Even if you need support after our sessions, I try to be there for you while you are under my care.

Also known as affective disorders, mood disorders are mental health problems that range from bipolar disorder to depression. In any case, your child’s emotional state is affected by serious mood changes. Unlike average bad moods that children feel from time to time, mood disorders are more intense, persistent, and difficult to manage. Mood disorders are medical conditions that a child can’t just shake on his or her own.
