Parental & Family Therapy
Sometimes you need extra help managing the chronic stress and chaos of parenting. My office is a safe space for you to get accepting, honest support for your family’s challenges.
This can take the form of one-on-one therapy, parent-child, couple counseling, and family therapy.
Whenever more support may be needed, I am on call to assist you. If a particularly intense situation arises within the home, I may be available to make a house visit to help facilitate. 7 days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm at night, I will respond immediately when I am able.
You and your family set the pace. I will meet you wherever you are at.

I understand how difficult it can be to go through life with fear. When external pressures overwhelm your coping strategies, stress can become difficult to face alone.
We manage your stressors and create effective coping strategies that allow you to face your challenges head on. If you have a care team, I can work with them to arrange support when you need it.
There are many influences that can create ups and downs in your life. Once we identify your underlying thinking patterns, we can develop solutions that respond to your long-term goals.
I encourage you to contact me whenever the need arises. Whether you are under my care, or finding you need support after our sessions end, my channel is always open.
